- Advised a Korean real estate investment company and security company on the investment in the tallest office building in Vietnam
- Advised LG Display on its establishment of Vietnamese subsidiary
- Advised Dongwon Group on its acquisition of TTP (listed company) and MVP in Vietnam (Awarded Vietnam M&A Forum 2015-2016 Deal of the Year)
- Advised an Asian private equity fund on acquisition of shares in the largest cable manufacturer in Vietnam
- Advised a domestic insurance company on purchase of an office building in Vietnam
- Represented a Korean real estate developer in ICSID investment arbitration filed against the Chinese government
- Represented a large Korean distributor in ICC international arbitration of the dispute regarding acquisition of a hypermarket in China
- Represented Korea Gas Corporation in LCIA international arbitration of the dispute regarding development of gas field in Iraq
- Represented in ICC international arbitration regarding royalty dispute between ETRI and an English technology company
